TECHNICAL PREVIEW · VERIFIED AGAINST CURRENT SOURCE
This bluebook starts with one real task and explains how DeepSeek Harness combines models, tools, permissions, sessions, and multi-Agent collaboration. Every application claim distinguishes implemented mechanisms, inferred business uses, and current limitations.
Build a model of how a task becomes a result without first reading TypeScript.
Translate mechanisms into pilotable scenarios, controls, and integration options.
Read evidence, maturity, and limitations together instead of treating a POC as a production promise.
The eight innovations are organized as platform foundation, trusted execution, collaborative extension, and delivery integration. Switch the reading lens to see the business problem, source mechanism, or governance condition for each one.
After a user sends a task in the Web UI, the system selects a plugin composition for that session and sends the input, prompt, and tool schemas to the model. Model tool calls pass through policy, approval, sandboxing, and result handling. Each important fact enters the append-only session log, and the browser reconstructs the conversation, tool cards, and live state from the same event stream.

The bluebook answers seven reader questions: what the system is, how one task runs, how eight innovations create business value, which scenarios merit a pilot, which risks require governance, how to advance a pilot, and how to verify each conclusion against source and tests.
| Page | What the reader gains |
|---|---|
| From task to evidence | A representative run, its handoffs, and where failures surface |
| Eight innovation mechanisms | Business value, implementation, conditions, and maturity side by side |
| Business application scenarios | Compositions for software delivery, knowledge work, controlled back offices, research, and platform teams |
| Governance and limitations | The distinct jobs of approval, file-access restrictions, remote isolation, and audit |
| Pilot roadmap | Verifiable stages for a bounded business pilot |
| Source evidence | Direct routes from bluebook conclusions to current code, tests, and documentation |
Evidence status: Confirmed against current source unless noted. Business uses are application inferences from implemented mechanisms, not ready-made industry solutions or benefit guarantees.
